Bio : He is popularly called as the 'Yuva Samrat' of Telugu cinema. He started his career as an actor with Vikram in 1986. He rose to fame with Mani Ratnam's Geethanjali and Ram Gopal Verma's directorial debut Shiva. In 1997, he won National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu for producing Ninne Pelladatha. He also won National Film Award and Nandi Award for Best Actor for Annamayya in 1998. He had acted in more than 95 films till date.
