In her recently launched fitness DVD, Bipasha has taught dance exercises to lose weight which have impressed Katrina very much and she herself started to use those techniques.

    An insider said, “When Katrina found out about the DVD, she was thrilled. Every time she’s stressed, she puts on loud music at home and starts dancing. She feels it helps her calm down. In fact, even when she needs to tone up or lose weight, she chooses to do it by dancing, as she thinks it helps burn calories better.” Katrina herself also accepted that Bipasha’s DVD is very helpful. “When you are fit and in control of your body, you feel better and look great. Your body functions better using dance as a medium to burn calories. It is a great idea by Bipasha and something a lot of people should do. I like it because I do the same.”
