Rumours about Karan Johar-Shah Rukh Khan personal tiff have come to a final halt after one of the most sought after directors of the tinsel town, KJo took up the responsibility to clear matters for the common public. And eventually he declared King Khan is like his family. Thus, SRK-Karan’s age-old bonding has not gone sour as they still swear by their eternal friendship.

Recently, reports came that a split has taken place in their relationship as Karan didn’t attend SRK’s New Year bash and he was getting closer to Shah Rukh’s arch rival in the industry, Salman Khan. Karan clarified at an event, "I think a lot has been said and cleared. I am not going to talk about my personal life."

But when pressed further, he upheld, "He (SRK) is like my family...I think that answers all questions." Shah Rukh has got something more to be overjoyed at the moment as his film Farah Khan-directed Om Shanti Om is set to release in Japan on March 16. Following Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger, the SRK-Deepika Padukone starrer will be released across 15 screens, making it one of the biggest ever releases for an Indian film in Japan. Om Shanti Om has been named Koi Suru Rinne Om Shanti Om in Japanese. Shah Rukh's Jab Tak Hai Jaan will also be released in Japan later this year.
