Dee Saturday Night is so absolutely worthless a movie that it makes you wonder how such movies even get made. The film depicts the scandalous rave party incidents, preaching the message that this cool culture (sic) must be stopped, but the film’s makers can not resist the temptation of offering abundant close up shots of its actress’ busts and butts. It’s the kind of movie where consumption of alcohol is equated with having premarital sex, where everyone rich is corrupt and amoral by default. A purportedly positive character in the film is revealed to be evil, and in the next scene, he’s obviously seen smoking, as if all things that don’t belong to pious Sooraj Barjatya movies are evil and decadent by default. Enough with this bullshit, it’s 2014 already. It’s the kind of movie that makes the likes of Deshdrohiand Dunno Y…Na Jaane Kyun look significant in comparison.
