Tamil superstar Suriya celebrates his 38th birthday today

Saravanan Sivakumar, popularly known as Suriya down South, has turned 38 today. After the huge success of his latest release Singam 2, the Fimfare Award winner is set to start working on his next project with Lingusamy and he is also quite excited about his upcoming Dhruva Natchathiram with Gautham Menon.

Suriya started his filmy career with Nerrukku Ner in 1997 and after going through a not-so-successful journey till 2000, he shot to stardom with his award winning performance in Nandha. Following Nandha’s success, he went on offering blockbusters like Kaakha Kaakha, Pithamagan, Perazhagan, Ghajini, Vaaranam Aayiram, Singam, 7aum Arivu and Maattrraan to name quite a few. The soft-spoken Suriya is loved among his fans mostly for his versatility. He is married to actress Jyothika since 2006 and also has two children. We wish the talented actor a very Happy Birthday.
