plot

The film chronicles the adventures of a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.

Verdict

“Interstellar is the most un-Nolan film the director has ever made. It is complex, unfathomable, ambitious yet utterly dazzling and thought-provoking. Some will love it and some will not but, let it be known that this film is a class apart! ”

Christopher Nolan has crafted yet another masterpiece to add to his stellar record. Interstellar is an absolutely gripping, thought provoking, jaw dropping entertainer. You never want it to finish, but also can’t wait to see the conclusion. Interstellar is an emotional, funny, at times terrifying roller coaster ride that should be experienced by everyone. As unbelievable as some of the movie may be, one must remember that good science fiction has its roots in good science. Interstellar just shows how little us humans really know about the universe.

In the near future, A mysterious famine has wiped out most of the earth’s crops. One by one, different species of plants are becoming extinct. Seeing no hope for saving this planet, NASA makes an ambitious plan to migrate the human race to another planet. Seeing as there are no habitable planets in our solar system, They decide to take an incredible risk, by sending a few brave astronauts through a wormhole to another galaxy. Accompanied by some really cool (and funny) robots, these astronauts are responsible for finding a new home for our species.

Interstellar is an absolute blast to watch from start to finish. It’s also incredibly thought provoking, making one ponder about our place in the universe, and if we are truly alone in this universe. The movie also makes us look at time in a completely different way. It's impossible to pick out a standout performance from the cast, as each actor played his/her role to perfection.Interstellar is a must see for everyone, just don’t be afraid to let your imagination run wild with this one.
