With a wafer thin script made worse with pedestrian directorial treatment this film is not sure what it wants to be. At best it can be called a light romantic film with nothing impressive leading to a tame confusing climax. The plot is about a young guy in Bihar ( Arshad Warsi in the title role) who kidnaps for ransom and is generally a bad character. As a teenager he had fallen in love with a teenage girl who later tells him to reform his ways if he wants to marry her. So he then atones for his sins by going to jail under selfmade amusing circumstances. The movie then moves downhill from there lacking credibility at most places.
Both Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani are wasted in unconvincing roles with lacklustre dialogue. Ms Hydri has just to look cute which she does creditably. All these characters are one dimensioned and do not develop. The acting is uninspiring and perfunctory.
