Are all love stories alike? Or do all love stories about friends finally falling in love remind us of 'When Harry Met Sally?' Christian Ditter's Love, Rosie is based on a book by the same name, written by Cecelia Ahern.

Rosie and Alex are best friends since the age of 5. Ever since, they've grown up together, seen the highs and lows of life and had their own share of one fun journey. While no one was realising, they were actually falling in love. But where friendship exists, there is always an underlying tale of taking your friends for granted. Through innocence and adultation, Rosie and Alex' relationship grows from being best friends to falling in love and realizing it. But the question remains, does one have only one shot at love? Aren't mistakes permissible?

Love, Rosie is immature and quaint. The film lacks impact and often reminds of you of the various rom-coms that you've watched in the past. Also, the many loopholes and push throughs in the drama aren't very charming. It's all very chaotic and here and there. If a fresh cast must please you with the same old story than be it!

But with the lot of timeless romantics that a rom-com lover will have on their list for Valentine's Day, this film is surely not the one to make it up the list!

Watch it or skip it, it's all the same!
