The remake of Tamil superhit O Kadhal Kanmani, this film is a disproportionate appropriation of various ideas, sequences and snippets from various other Bollywood films. It is supposed to be a sweet exploration of two people in love. It aimed at showing the modern circumstances where young people struggle to find the meaning of the relationship they want to have. However, it ends up being a stalker-ish, mismatched, done to death piece of melodrama.

Some scenes will remind you of Katti batti, some might remind you of Tamasha, some might as well be like Kuch Kuch Hota hai. This is a mix of all.

Performances  :
Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor both have tried hard but failed. There's over acting everywhere. In the efforts of coming across as edgy, they end up looking pushy and exhausted. There's nothing natural in the film. Naseeruddin Shah and Leela Samson are the only ones that save the film.

Story:
The story has nothing new to offer. Nor does it treatment.

Music and Background Score: Apart form the remixed 'Humma Humma' song, the songs are good. Soft on the ears, they are not memorable as the usual A. R. Rahman masterpieces but still good.

This can be missed.
