A confusing storyline and a redundant screenplay replete with dialogues that make you want to tear your hair out, Rakhtbeej is a true test of your patience. Add to that a cast of bad actors (baring Tinu Anand) and a director who learned filmmaking from Shakti Samant and you have what one calls a thoroughbred Bhojuri film. Rakhi Sawant's item song provides some much needed breathing space but that too barely compensates for what one has endured.
The only explanation why this film made it to the theatres could be the desperate attempt to whitewash excess black money. Skip this one at all costs. You might never be the same again. 1 starview less
