    The Oscar-winningWalk the Lineactress Reese Witherspoon has been reportedly arrested for alleged misconduct after her husband CAA agent Jim Toth was stopped by the police on suspicion of drunk driving in Atlanta. Toth, who was driving recklessly withblood alcohol level recorded at .139, has been booked with DUI and not staying in the lane. The actress Witherspoon was also put behind bars as she allegedly misbehaved with the police, yelling, "Do you know my name?" When the police officer refused to acknowledge her, she answered, "You're about to find out who I am. ... You are going to be on national news."

    The couple, who got married in March 2011 and gave birth to a baby boy last September, was released soon after their arrest. They are supposed to appear before the Atlanta Municipal Court on Monday morning. The photographs after their arrest were released to the media by Atlanta's Department of Corrections, showing the actress looking downward, avoiding eye contact with others.
