Zila Ghaziabad is a total bakwas movie on which I don't want to spend too many words. It could have been another Gangs of Wasseypur but all it has in common with that movie is the number of killings. There is no story worth its name and too many idiotic stylized things like sudden black and white freeze frames and people suspended in mid air before they either kill someone or fall to their deaths.
Vivek Oberoi obviously knows a very good beauty salon. His perfectly waxed arms gleam brightly and his hair flies artistically off his face but his smile or his anger never reach his eyes however hard or long he holds his breath. If Arshad Warsi was trying to be another Gabbar type terror person he fails. All he manages is to look demented with no logic, emotional or intellectual to his character. Paresh Rawal mercifully decides to kill his character before it stands around wringing its hands with nothing to do. Ravi Kishen enjoys himself. Minisha Lamba and Divya Dutta should not have been in the movie.
Avoid.
