5 Indian Politicians Who Deserve A Biopic Of Their Own!

The lives of our politicians look very elusive. Always under the scanning eyes of the media and the opposition, many a times we see the politicians how we want to see them instead of how they really are! Their lives, struggles and the pangs of being the representative for the people are often forgotten. Needless to say, it would be really interesting to see their lives unfold in front of us. And what better than biopics, which would show their lives without any bias.

Here's a list of 5 politicians who we think deserve a biopic of their own:

1. Narendra Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had an extremely humble begining. He used to sell tea in railway staions. Surely the journey of a boy from being a tea-seller to one of the most popular Prime Ministers of India will be an interesting story to see. Also we have so little information about his personal life. Someone should definitely make an unbiased biopic on our PM ASAP.

2. Mamata Bannerjee

She was born in a lower middle class Brahmin family in Bengal and her father had passed away due to lack of medical treatment when she was just 17. She has always portrayed herself as a people' politician and however eccentric she may be considered, there is no denying that she has come a long way to become the founder of Trinamool Congress and the first woman chief minister of West Bengal. There was a Bengali biopic that was also proposed, but we need a more unbiased biopic of hers in Bollywood!

3. Shashi Tharoor

The well- read and one of the most intelligent politicians of today definitely should have a biopic of h. He has also been part of so many controversies and he has reportedly also been involved in the death of his wife, Sunanda Pushkar!

4. Manmohan Singh

Many love to call him the silent Prime Minister but there is no denial tha this man, who had been a teacher and then Finance Minister has had a long career in politics. He is an intelligent man, but many considers him to be not fit to be a politicaian, since he does not have the shrewd brain that is typical for those on top. There is a film being made on his biography, An Accidental Prime Minister and we hope it makes it to the theaters.

5. Yogi Adityanath

The current chief minister of UP has been under the scanner for a long time. A pro- Hindu leader has been made the CM in a state where there are quite a few communal riots and the Babri Masjid issue is still raging in the hearts of the people. He has also made many statements that had sparked ire in many! It would be interesting to see his life unfold on the big screen!
