Aamir Khan praises Ranbir Kapoor: ‘He can do any film, he is that good’

Aamir Khan, who is busy with his upcoming film Dangal, went all praises for Ranbir Kapoor. Bombay Velvet might have failed to hit the chord with the audiences but Mr. Perfectionist is quite impressed with the Rockstar. “Ranbir is a fantastic actor. He can do any film, he is that good”, said the Dhoom 3 star.

Amir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor have worked together in Rajkumar Hirani’s PK, where Ranbir did a small cameo in the last shot of the film. Even after knowing that Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet did not do well at the Box Office, the 3 Idiots star said that he would still like to watch the film. He said, “I haven’t seen the film yet. I had seen the trailer and it shows that a lot of hard work had gone into it. It feels sad that the film did not do well… I would still like to watch ‘Bombay Velvet”.

Previously, in an interview with Hindustan times, the Wake up Sid star confessed that he is learning from Aamir, saying, “He knows how much a film needs to be promoted. Each film comes with a different plan. I have not understood that yet; so, I’m still learning from him. I sit with him for all my films. I ask him, ‘Aamir sir, they’re asking me to go on this reality show, should I go?’ At times, he flatly says no. He’s very good with that”.
