After Ranveer-Arjun, Virat Kohli-Shikhar Dhawan To Get Roasted?

The most controversial AIB roast of Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, which from an entertainment event turned into a legal trouble, offending several political, social and religious groups, is reportedly back for another instalment. This time, the roast will not be conducted by a bunch of comedians, namely AIB, like the last time, but this time the roast will be handled by female actresses, namely, Sarah Jane Dias, Sandhya Mridul, Anushka Manchanda, Tannishta Chatterjee and Amrit Maghera.  If rumours are to be believed, cricketer Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan and Axar Patel have been approached to get roasted. If rumours turn out to be true, it will indeed be another record breaking show.

A source close to the project has been quoted as saying, “Instead of actors, the makers want to roast a few Indian cricketers. Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan and Axar Patel have been approached for the event, which will happen in front of a live audience”. Reportedly, the show will be a live event.

Filmmaker Pan Nalin has been quoted as saying, “ Yes, we have approached a few cricketers and we are planning a roast. It is just a fun thing, and we are excited about it. We are working on the dates as of now”.
