Ajay Devgn and Tabu To Work Again?

Ajay Devgn and Tabu share a good camaraderie with each other. They have been friends since childhood. They have worked together in several movies like 'Vijaypath', 'Haqeeqat', 'Thakshak' and 'Drishyam'. Their last movie together was 'Fitoor' in 2016 where Ajay was seen only in a cameo, though they did not have any scene together.

Now gossip mills are churning out the rumours that the actress has been approached for debut director Akiv Ali’s forthcoming movie which will also feature Ajay. The movie which is written and produced by Luv Ranjan is believed to be a temporary romcom. Luv Ranjan has previously directed the comedy franchise 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama', and the emotional love-story, 'AkaashVaani'.

A source close to the film has said that the Tabu has given her nod for the movie and will be essaying a character that will showcase her in a completely different avatar. "It's a unique romcom and not a love triangle. Ajay and Tabu are not opposite each other and Luv has written the role with Tabu in mind, believing that only she can play the part. Another A-list actress will be cast as Ajay's love interest," said the source.

Meanwhile, Tabu will also be seen in 'Golmaal Again', the fourth instalment of Rohit Shetty's hit franchise. She and Parineeti are the new addition to the regulars, Ajay, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor. The team is currently shooting in Goa for the flick.
