    Ajay Devgn’s ‘Raid’ Is A Story That Needs To Be Told On The Big Screen

    Ajay Devgn is known for his strong roles and action packed films. His upcoming flick titled ‘Raid’ has been based on a true story and the actor will be playing the role of a no-nonsense income tax officer. Raj Kumar Gupta will be at the helm of affairs for the project.

    ‘Raid’ will be set in Uttar Pradesh in the 1980s. It tells the story of one of the biggest IT raids in the country. The shooting will commence in September with the release scheduled for April 20 next year. “’Raid' is a story that needs to be told on the big screen, and I'm looking forward to working with Ajay on a subject like this”, Raj Kumar shared.

    Ajay will also be producing a flick which will star Sanjay Dutt and Farhan Akhtar. It will be the remake of the 2014 Tamil film ‘Jigarthanda’. The actor will next be seen in ‘Baadshaho’ which will be released on September 1. It will have Ajay share screen space with Emraan Hashmi and Ileana D'Cruz.
