Akshay Kumar Walks Out Of Gulshan Kumar Biopic?

A few days ago, it was reported that Akshay Kumar has been approached for Gulshan Kumar biopic titled Mogul. But, now it appears that the actor has backed out of the project. According to reports, the Holiday actor walked out of the project due to creative disagreement with the makers.

"Akshay has come concerns over the script that director Subhash Kapoor has greenlit. He requested a few things be rewritten. But, Subhash was adamant. Hence, Akshay thought it was best if he opted out,” revealed a source.

However, Akshay has not yet informed the producers about his decision of not doing the film. There are reports that the 50-year-old is giving the dates that he allotted for Mogul to other producers. Akshay has not given any confirmation on the same.

Khiladi Kumar will next be seen in R Balki's PadMan where he will essay the role of Arunachalam Muruganantham, the person who invented low-cost sanitary napkins for women in rural areas. Produced by Twinkle Khanna, the film also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika APte. PadMan is slated to release on January 26, 2018.
