Ali Fazal Quits Web Series Smoke

Critically acclaimed actor Ali Fazal has decided to quit from a web series Smoke. As per reports, he was scheduled to shoot for next six months, but sighting date issues, he abandoned the project. Ali Fazal is popularly known for Fukrey and for being in Fast and Furious 7.

A source claimed, “Ali shot the pilot last year, but the show got delayed because of script issues. They recently began shooting but he already committed to his Hollywood project, and Fukrey 2. Because of that he had to back out and let go off the show”.

The web series was based on Goa’s infamous mafia network. Here, Ali Fazal is set to play an informer in the show, where Dev D actress, Kalki Koechlin, will be portraying the crucial role. He would also be seen in Love Affair, Tadka, and Victoria and Abdul.
