Alia Bhatt and Soni Razdan to star in an ad together

Recently, Deepika Padukone was seen in an ad for a jewellery brand with her mother, Ujjala Padukone. Sonakshi Sinha, too, acted alongside her mother, Poonam Sinha, for a television commercial for a beauty product. Now, Alia Bhatt and her mother, Soni Razdan, will be seen in an ad for a haircare brand.

A source close to the actor reveals, “Soni liked the idea of the ad, and instantly said yes when it was pitched to her. Alia, too, was more than happy to shoot with her. They have already shot for the commercial, and it will soon be on air.”

In the past, Soni has been part of Alia’s Genius Of The Year video (a spoof where she mocked herself), but the mother and daughter didn’t share screen space.
