Alia Bhatt Denied Working In This Film!

Alia Bhatt is a trending star of Bollywood. She recently won the Best Actress award for ‘Udta Punjab’ at the Filmfare Awards that were held on January 14, in Worli. As per the latest report, the actress has recently denied working in a prime film.

The 23-year-old actress was offered to play Sanjay Dutt’s daughter in ‘Bhoomi’. However, the Dear Zindagi actress turned down the offer. ‘Bhoomi’ will start rolling from January 19 and it will be directed by Omung Kumar, who is best known for helming ‘Mary Kom’ and ‘Sarabjit’.

Dutt wanted Alia to be a part of ‘Bhoomi’. In fact, according to Box Office Capsule, Dutt approached Mahesh Bhatt to try and talk to his daughter and persuade her for joining the film, but it seems her mind was made up. Alia didn’t approve working in ‘Bhoomi’. The movie focuses on the relationship of father and daughter, which basically is a revenge-drama.
