Age has been growing for the leading Khans in the B-town as all of them are in their late-40s but still ruling the film industry. The rising starlet of the tinsel town, Alia Bhatt, is just 21 years old and she thinks maturity is the factor which she requires to match the big Khans in Bollywood.

Alia said, "I am right now definitely (young) because I look small not age wise, age is just a number, but my face. I am just maturing right now - from Student of the Year till now you can see a difference. “She added to that, "So, when I become a little more matured looking, then it can work. But having said that I have done a film with Randeep Hooda, in which I looked too young without make-up, which didn't look bad at all. So if there is a scope or a character and a role like that then it will work.”

Alia has already won several hearts through her chemistry with Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra but she is still waiting to lead a film opposite the biggies - Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. Just 4-films-old Alia is a household name by now and her latest release, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, has also fared well at the box-office. When asked if pressure is looming large on the actress or not, she answered, "Yes, I am constantly under pressure because success becomes a burden on your shoulders, so do the flops. So with every film, no matter how bad or good, there would be pressure."
