Alia Bhatt wants to work with her mom

In a recent conversation with the media, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt stated that she wants her mother to direct her in a film. The lovely 21-year-old actress revealed that she wants to do a serious film with her mother. Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan is an actress as well as a filmmaker. She acted in Mahesh Bhatt’s critically acclaimed movie Saaransh and directed Ashmit Patel-starrer Nazar. Currently, the multi-talented lady is busy with a film on Nanavati murder case.

"My mom has already directed a film. And now she is going to direct a film in which I don't have any scope, so I will not be part of it," said Alia. "In future, definitely we will work together. There is a script, which both my mom and me are excited about. When the right time comes, we will do that film. I would like to do a serious film with my mom," she added.

Alia is presently busy promoting her upcoming movie Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania along with her co-star Varun Dhawan. Apparently, the actress has even sung a song for the movie. The film directed by debutant Shashank Khaitan is all set to hit theatres on July 11.
