Amitabh Bachchan to join Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt in Ayan Mukerji’s superhero film

As per the new reports, Amitabh Bachchan has been roped in to play a prominent role in Ayan Mukerji’s next superhero film. The film stars Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles. Reportedly, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing a mythological superhero in the flick.

Neither the makers nor the actor has confirmed the new so far. If these rumours are true, this will the first time that the Piku fame will be working with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The release date for the film has already been decided. Karan Johar marked the date in one of his tweets. The film will hit the theatres on December 23, 2016.

Ayan Mukerji will be working with Dharma Productions for the third time in this movie. Previously, the duo has worked together in projects such as Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. In fact, Ayan Mukerji debuted in Bollywood with Karan Johar’s production.
