Mumbai -- Versatile actor Anil Kapoor prefers to be fit and healthy than to get six or eight-pack abs like other Bollywood biggies. The senior actor informed that he exercises regularly and tries to maintain 74-76 kg weight to keep his body fit. "I never wanted to make muscles, I just want to be fit. Everyone has different ways of staying fit. Mine is that I should feel good. I have been exercising for the last 15-20 years. I feel comfortable the way I am. My weight has been between 74-76 kilos since the last so many years," Anil said at an event here. While launching Sanjeev Chadha's The Red Gym, the 52-year-old actor said, "It is very important to have a good physique. Health helps you in every sphere of life. During 24 hours, you use your body for everything. You work with your body, study, and everything else. So it's your duty to pamper your body at least for an hour everyday. Exercise gives me energy to work for rest of the day. When I don't exercise, I don't feel good the entire day".
