Anita Advani moves to court against Khanna family again

While her first court complaint against the family of late superstar Rajesh Khanna is still pending, the self-proclaimed ‘live-in’ partner ofKaka, Anita Advani, has filed one more case against them in a local court. In the fresh case also Anita has claimed that Khanna’s family, including his wife Dimple Kapadia, daughters Twinkle and Rinke and son-in-law Akshay Kumar, has allegedly thrown her out of his bungalow after the superstar’s death.

While the first complaint, proceedings of which were stayed when Khanna's family moved the Bombay High Court, was lodged under the Domestic Violence Act, the new case was filed yesterday in Bandra court under similar offences under IPC. The first case has been posted for hearing on February 6 whereas the second one will be heard on February 14.
