Arbaaz contradicts reports, says he will direct Dabangg 3

Arbaaz Khan has overturned all reports that stated he will not be directing the third instalment of Dabangg series. The actor, producer and director clarified on twitter that no one else but he would helm the project but didn’t make a comment on film’s announcement.

Arbaaz had directed Dabangg 2 that released in 2012. While the Chulbul Pandey cop drama was originally helmed by Abhinav Kashyap, Arbaaz Khan and wife Malaika Arora Khan had produced both the films. The next in line of the Salman Khan starrer isn’t yet announced but with Arbaaz’s tweet, looks like he has some stuff on his minds.

While the two previous films have been huge money spinners, the brand Dabangg is enough to draw the masses to theatres. With a booked schedule ahead for the next couple years, looks like Salman will have to take some out for family.
