Avengers: Age of Ultron holds strong on Monday

Avengers: Age of Ultron held itself pretty strongly on its first week day and made an even stronger statement. The Hollywood biggie collected 5.4 crores on Monday. With this, the film now stands at a collection of about 40 crores.

After having opened to a very impressive box office opening weekend, while the 50 % is fall is pretty normal, considering the state of affairs at ticket counters, numbers look impressive. The film had made an opening in excess of 35 crores. The first week collections of the film now appear to be in a very high range if the numbers continue to be stable.

After Furious 7 created history at the box office by entering the 100 crore club, expectations are too high with this one. Avengers: Age of Ultron will have a tough competition next week as Akshay Kumar comes up with Gabbar is Back. Till then, it’s kingship of this superhero flick.
