Not Aamir Khan But Wrestler Babita Phogat Wants This Bollywood Actor To Star In Dangal 2!

Aamir Khan’s Dangal was undisputedly last year’s biggest hits. The movie not only earned massive collection at the box-office but also impressed critics. The film collected 29.78 crore on its opening day which is recorded as the second highest non-holiday opening. The movie inspired women to seriously consider kushti as a sport.

Now B-Town is abuzz with rumours about the movie’s sequel. When  director Nitesh Tiwari was asked about it, he said, “I haven’t thought about it. I don’t know. I don’t plan so much in advance. But if there’s something really exciting, then why not”. However, Babita Phogat wants someone else to be in Dangal 2. At least this is what the twitter conversation between  Babita and Shahid Kapoor shows.

Recently, Miss Phogat went through an interview of Kapoor where he wished to play either Geeta or Babita Phogat in Dangal. Reading this, Babita took to twitter and wrote, “@shahidkapoor sir i read in newspaper anywhere ki aapki wish h ki aap babita phogat ka roll play kare dangal 2 se ye wish puri hogi aapki”. The Vivaah actor replied by saying, “Haha that’s so sweet of you babita. You really are such an inspiration”. Babita had the last reply, “Thanku @shahidkapoor Sir. Jaldi hi aapse mulakat hogi”.

Well, seems like Dangal 2 is on the cards. It would be interesting to see who plays what in the movie.
