Back from New York, what is Deepika upto?

Actor Deepika Padukone (above) has returned from her holiday and cannot wait to start working on her films. The actor has a very interesting line-up of films and will be working with a varied star cast this year. While she will be sharing screen space with Ranbir Kapoor in Imtiaz Ali’s Tamasha, she will be seen with Ranveer Singh in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bhajirao Mastani.

“Deepika, who will also be working with Amitabh Bachchan in Piku, has interesting films lined up. She is working with diverse and extremely talented actors from both, the older and younger generation,” says a source.

The actor, who was a part of films like Finding Fanny and Happy New Year last year, has been receiving a lot of praise too. Not only is Deepika thrilled with the performance of these films, but is also very happy with all the praise she has got from her co stars.

“Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapoor with whom she worked in Finding Fanny were all very high on praise for her. Both the senior actors are known for their acting skills and body of work, and hence praises from them are very valuable,” added the source.
