Bipasha Basu opens up on her fitness secret
Everybody wants a perfect body, if not like Bipasha Basu but somewhat like her. What if you get tips from the fitness icon herself. Now you can also opt for a similar figure like Ms. Basu as the actress has revealed her fitness secret. The 34-year-old says that supplements are never her choice. She prefers eating healthy rather than having supplements.
The actress disclosed her daily diet and said that she starts her day with a wheat grass shot and apple. Bipasha commented, “When my body craves sugar I eat an apple. It’s like a quick fix. After a wheat grass shot, I take five pre-soaked almonds. Breakfast is eggs and oats. When I eat wrong my trick is never to feel guilty just go burn it! I love desserts but now I am not having any sweets for a month.”
She added that she takes all the healthy stuff in her meal. “I love my food and get all the required nutrition from food only, no supplements. I am eating healthier stuff like stir fried vegetables, spinach, chicken soup, grilled mushrooms or fish and eggs in all forms. Basically I mix a lot of green veggies with meat and instead of six small meals now I eat eight to boost my metabolism.” Along with the tips you can also buy her latest DVD launching the second exercise of BB Love Yourself series so as to have a figure to die for.
