Bollywood this Friday: Himesh Reshammiya’s The Xpose to steal the show?

There are four Bollywood releases this Friday but Himesh Reshammiya’s The Xpose may emerge as the winner for this weekend. The other ones competing with Himesh and Yo Yo Honey Singh’s film are D Gangs of Mumbai, Mighty Raju – Rio Calling and M3-Midsummer Midnight Mumbai.

The Xpose is a musical thriller which also stars Irrfan Khan. It revolves around the rivalry between two leading actresses, played by Zoya Afroz and Sonali Raut. It shows the highly competitive world of Bollywood. The next one, D Gangs of Mumbai, is a crime thriller which tells the tale of two gangsters, Sanjay Kapoor and Aarya Babbar, who are playing hard to secure their niche in Mumbai. It also stars Sushil Singh, Mahima Choudhary, Om Puri, Jaggu Nivhgune and many others.

Sunil Kaushik’s animation flick, Mighty Raju – Rio Calling, is also releasing today as it marks the beginning of summer vacation for kids. This story is about a 4-year-old boy, Mighty Raju, who holds some special power to become a superman. His father gets transferred to Brazil with a project and consequently Raju is also forced to move with him. In Rio he finds new firends, exciting adventures and also his love for football. Lastly M3-Midsummer Midnight Mumbai also joins the list of today’s releases though nothing much is known about this film. Directed by Braj Bhushan, M3-Midsummer Midnight Mumbai features Sara Khan, Paras Chhabra, M.A. Guddu and Pooja Thakur.
