    Bombay High Court allows Salman Khan to travel Dubai

    Salman Khan, who, applied for a travel plea to Dubai, a few days back can now attend the awards function as the court has granted him permission. The Bombay High Court allowed the Kick actor to travel to Dubai on certain conditions. Salman can now perform in 'Indo-Arab Bollywood Awards' show that is to be held on May 29.

    Vacation judge Justice Shalini Phansalkar Joshi imposed some terms and conditions on the actor. The Dabangg star will have to return his passport to the police within 12 hours of his arrival in Mumbai. Also, he has to provide details about his flight, his address (in Dubai), his landline and mobile number of place he is staying in Dubai. With that the Bodyguard actor also has to submit a Rs. 2 Lakh as surety.

    Earlier, there were rumours that Salman Khan’s plea will be heard in the Court on Tuesday, but the decision came out today itself. The Tere Naam actor was convicted by sessions’ court of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Two days later the sentence was suspended and he was granted bail. Since then, he is out on bail and will have to seek court’s permission to travel abroad.
