Cultural event or PK Promotin? Aamir and Raju to visit China in May

Aamir Khan and Raju Hirani will be visiting China in the second week of May. The duo is reportedly going there to attend a cultural event. Both Raju and Aamir had been to the country when 3 Idiots released a few years back. This will be their second visit at a time when another film of theirs is scheduled for release.

While PK has broken records all across the world, the film is yet to open in the key market of China. What can be attributed with this visit of theirs is if they are going there to promote film. 3 Idiots when released had done a whooping business in the country, hence the makers would be hoping for the same result with PK.

Reports say, the cultural event the two are going for, will also have our PM Narendra Modi making a visit. This could be a visit of worth many considering the promotional and participatory pportunities. Also starring Anushka Shrma, PK is currently the highest Hindi film grosser ever.
