David Dhawan suffers from heat stroke, collapses on Main Tera Hero sets

Filmmaker David Dhawan, who is presently filming Main Tera Hero along with son Varun Dhawan, has reportedly collapsed on the sets of the film. According to reports, the director has suffered from heat stroke and after undergoing treatment he is recovering now.

When contacted by a leading daily the director confirmed the reports himself, "It was a heat stroke. These things happen. I am a lot better now though I have been advised rest.”After the sudden bad situation in Dhawan’s health, his elder son Rohit has also rushed to Bangkok to take over the directorial responsibilities of the film. Now the Dhawan family will remain in the Thailand capital till October 16 and Rohit will return only after the film crew completes its Bangkok schedule. This is the second time Dhawan has suffered from sudden decline in health conditions after he fell senseless at producer Bunty Walia's wedding reception in December last year.
