Deepika Padukone To Present Award At Europe Music Awards

After being acclaimed as one of the top Bollywood actresses, Deepika Padukone is all set to woo international audience. The 30-year-old actress, who is eagerly waiting for the release of her maiden Hollywood flick 'XXX: Return of Xander Cage' opposite Vin Diesel, has added a new feather to her cap. Deepika will be seen presenting an award at the 2016 MTV Europe Music Awards.

The 'Tamasha' actress is looking forward to be a part of this function. She says, "I am extremely thrilled to be presenting an award at the 2016 EMAs. I’m excited, and honoured to spend an evening amidst the world’s greatest musical talent. 2016 has been an exciting year for me and hopefully with xXx: Return of Xander Cage releasing in January, 2017 should be just as fun.”

The event, 2016 MTV Europe Music Awards, will be held at the Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands. To be held today, November 6, the function will be hosted by Bebe Rexha. The nominations were announced on 27, September 2016. Interestingly, it is for the third time that this award function will be held in Netherlands. And more importantly, it is our Indian diva who has been chosen to present award at the prestigious event.
