Dhoom 3 rocks the Chinese Box Office, opens at 9th position

After having garnered collections more than any other Indian film, perfectionist Aamir Khan starrer Dhoom 3 is rocking the Chinese Box Office as well. The film opened in China on July 25th and performed exceedingly well considering the Indian market.

Dhoom 3 released in 400 Chinese cities on 2000 screens and went ahead of No Zuo No Die, the local romantic movie.  It collected around 1.23 million dollars on its opening weekend and is on its way to become the highest Indian grosser there. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, Dhoom 3 currently holds the highest collections in both domestic and overseas market. With 280 crores in India and 27 million dollars in overseas, there is no matching to the figures of this blockbuster. The previous record for the highest Indian grosser in overseas market was also held by Aamir Khan starrer 3 Idiots. Looks like, Mr. Perfectionist is an attractive global actor now.
