Dil Dhadakne Do: A ‘No’ to Priyanka Chopra’s mommy role from Tabu?

News on Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do are on a roll these days because of its cast that includes Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Priyanka Chopra. The latest buzz in the tinsel town is this that the director has approached Tabu to play the role of PeeCee’s mother in the movie, but the diva has reportedly denied appearing as a mommy.

According to grapevine, Tabu was not happy enacting an older lady in the film, hence refused to be a part of the project. The actress will next be seen in Haider. Coming back on Dil Dhadakne Do, the film already has Ranveer and Anushka as the lead couple in the movie. It will be there first onscreen appearance since their speculated break-up. It appears that Zoya’s film is getting whole lot of news space even before going on the floors.
