Elli Avram cast opposite Kapil Sharma in Abbas Mustan’s next

The sweet vivacious face that the Indian viewers grew fond off a couple years back in Bigg Boss is set to star again in a Hindi movie. Yes, model turned actress Elle Avram has been roped in to play the female lead opposite comedy maestro Kapil Sharma in director duo Abbas-Mustan’s next.

While Kapil had signed the project about two months back, the leading lady was yet to be finalised. With Elli turning out to be the final choice of the makers, this may churn as an interesting project. Kapil who was earlier set to make his cinematic debut in Yashraj’s Bank Chor had an apparent fallout and the deal was called off. Filmmakers Abbas-Mustan had then approached the actor for a project for which he said yes. This will be Elle’s second Hindi cinematic outing after she made her debut with Manish Paul in Mickey Virus last year.

The duo of Abbas-Mustan, who are supremely famous for shaping suspense dramas and thrillers are also making a change in their directorial genre this time. The duo would try hand on comedy this time around and with Kapil Sharma in the lead, they might just have an opportunity. The film will go on floors by November this year.
