Esha Gupta bagged pivotal role in Hera Pheri 3

Mumbai, March 27 -- Actress Esha Gupta, who appeared in a peppy number in Neeraj Pandey’ Baby, has apparently been roped in for Neeraj Vohra's Hera Pheri 3. If rumours are to be believed, the pretty actress is all set to share the screen space with B-Town heartthrob John Abraham. Interestingly, this would be Esha’s first ambitious project as she was last seen in Humshakals, which turned out to be a big flop.

"The makers met Esha and she auditioned for the role. She had a second meeting this week and is set to sign on the dotted line", said a source. The hit franchise will feature three leading ladies, and reports suggest that Nargis Fakhri is one of them. Apparently, Jacqueline Fernandez too was approached to play one of the leads in the film, but she turned down the venture due to the date issues. "That's when Esha Gupta came on board", added the source.
