Fame Has Not Affected Me: Varun Dhawan

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan said that he does not want to take limelight seriously. He likes maintaining a connection with the audience and he has been successful in doing so. The fame has not affected him and he is still the same.

The 28-year-old actor said "I try to be the same. I do make mistakes. Stardom for me is something that I don't want to take too seriously. I don't want to try and understand it. I want it to be a mystery. As long as I am getting love from audience it is enough. I have love for them in my heart... I want to entertain them. It makes me happy".

Dhawan made his acting debut with Karan Johar's 2012 romantic comedy ‘Student of the Year’, for which he received a Filmfare nomination for Best Male Debut. He is the son of ace film director David Dhawan. Varun made a hat-trick of successful films with ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’, ‘Badlapur’ and ‘ABCD 2’. The actor is busy in shooting the upcoming action comedy-drama film ‘Dilwale’ by Rohit Shetty.
