    After having won millions of hearts across the globe through their recent romantic offering, Fox Star Studios has decided to make a Bollywood version of The Fault in our Stars. The latest Hollywood film having garnered an unprecedented response all around the world including India seems to have inspired many filmmakers to make a cinematic adaption of their liking.

    Originally, a book adapted into a movie, The Fault in our Stars earned a fortune at Box Office thanks to its youth centric theme and wide appeal. Made on a modest budget of 12 million dollars the film ended up earning over 260 million dollars worldwide. The film also impressed a major section of audience in India during its release. Fox Star Studios who have the right to the original book and the movie do not want to miss this opportunity to cash in on a wonderful prospect for the Indian audience.  Talking about the entire shape up, Fox star CEO Vijay Singh said, "Every once in a while comes a special film that goes on to define the emotions of a generation. The Fault In Our Stars resonates with the emotions of today's youth and has found appeal across audience demographics. We are hugely excited to be adapting the film for Bollywood and can't wait to get started!"

    Set on a backdrop story of a teenage girl with cancer falling in love with an ex-Basketball player also a cancer survivor, The Fault in our Stars starred Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort in the lead with Josh Boon at helm of affairs. The Indian adaptation is being worked on with the script being designed according to Indian sensibilities. The cast and crew of the project are yet to be finalised.
