Filmy Friday: Hawaizaada starts slow, biz expected to stay dull

Major of the many small films releasing today, Hawaizaada has failed to make an introductory impact at the box office. While the Ayushmann Khurrana starrer was expected to be performing on some merit, the film has so far hugely disappointed.

Most reviews and verdicts from the critics have been highly discouraging for Hawaizaada. With a dull opening and a dismal word of mouth, chances for the survival of this Vibhu Puri period Indian drama looks tough. Another release that saw the lights of theatres today is Bhatt Camp’s Khamoshiyan that has not even been able to get ample views for a review. Looking at the current trend, it’s the previous week releases that will dominate the box office this week.
