Freaky Ali Trailer Promises A Fun-Filled Ride With Nawazuddin Siddiqui!

So this is India. And people here do not quite understand sports beyond cricket. So how do you tell them about other lesser known game like golf? By linking it with Cricket silly!

That is the formula that has been used in Freaky Ali. Ali is a poor guy with an excellent sense in cricket. And one day, just as suddenly, he lands up on the golf course! And there the experts discover his excellent golf skills.

The entire trailer was about Ali playing the elite game and nailing it every time he is seen holding the golf club!

And since this is an out and out commercial film, there is the romantic angle. Amy Jackson plays Ali’s romantic interest.

The trailer reminded us of the Happy Gilmore movie that had kind of a same plot, sans the romantic thingy that goes on here. Now only when the movie releases will we be able to understand if it is a remake of the Hollywood hit comedy!

The trailer is fun and engaging. And it is a delight to watch Nawaz in a role unlike any he has played! The man is romancing, dancing and cracking jokes!
