Freida Pinto’s Bollywood debut venture gets postponed

The BAFTA Award-nominated Hollywood-based Indian actress Frieda Pinto faces a major setback, who was eyeing her Bollywood debut withNH10opposite Raj Kumar Yadav. The film, which was set to undergo production from March 25, will be postponed as the producers, headed by Navdeep Singh, have reportedly pulled out of the project.

A source revealed to a leading tabloid, “The corporate house, which was scheduled to finance the project, is no longer attached to the film. The project is now expected to start middle of this year.” The source added more, "The original producers - Anurag Kashyap, Madhu Mantena, Vikas Bahl and Vikramaditya Motwane - are now in a fix and are looking at locking another corporate house before the film goes on the floors."

However one of the main producers, Bahl denied the reports and said that the project has got delayed just because they are seeking a big production house before kicking off the shoot.
