Gangs of Wasseypur gets A certificate after few cuts

In a big relief to Anurag Kashyap, his upcoming film Gangs of Wasseypur has been cleared by the censor board with an A certificate. Earlier reports have come that the board members have asked the filmmaker to put a few disclaimers and cut some dialogues but Anurag was not ready to comply with, however, the recent buzz is that Gangs of Wasseypur has got a clearance from the censor board. According to reports, Anurag agreed to the board members directions and went for three voice cuts and put two disclaimers stating, Smoking is injurious to health and The film is a fictionalised account. The film starring Manoj Bajpai, Reemma Sen, Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the key roles, is based on the coal mafia and it will hit the theatres on June 22.
