Here's How Twitter Trolled Harshvardhan Kapoor For Bashing Diljit Dosanjh's Filmfare Win

As we all know, Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor made his acting debut last year with Mirzya alongside Saiyami Kher. Helmed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the movie was expected to be a hit at the theaters before the release but it turned out to be a financial disaster of the year. And this resulted in the lead actor Harshvardhan picked a couple of best debut awards in a few award ceremonies but lost the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut to Udta Punjab's Diljit Dosanjh.

And what was really surprising that Harshvardhan Kapoor showed his resentment over the decision, with the actor feeling that Diljit Dosanjh shouldn't have won the award.

And he didn't stop there. The actor took to Twitter to defend his opinions. But little did he know that there were people waiting to troll him.

Earlier, the actor said that he was upset for nor getting the best debut award at the Filmfare. He said, “Although I picked up two debutant awards earlier, I was really looking forward to winning the black lady. But I guess every awards event has its own parameters. I’ll be honest, though. I think a debutant award is meant for someone working on his first film. It shouldn’t go to an actor who has worked in several films in another industry or language”.
