Here’s Why Varun Dhawan Rejected Dangal Director, Nitesh Tiwari’s Next!

Nitesh Tiwari’s latest released flick, Dangal, brought him into the league of one of the top directors of the country. Starring Aamir Khan, the flick is the highest-grossing Indian film and the fifth highest grossing non-English film. Dangal also emerged as one of the top 20 highest-grossers of all time in China.

With this many records, we doubt if anyone would reject a role in Tiwari’s movie. However, rumours has it that actor Varun Dhawan has rejected the filmmaker’s next flick. Well, the reason cited for this is that the actor doesn’t want to play real life characters right now as he doesn’t find himself emotionally or spiritually equipped to handle such roles.

Varun said, “I’d love to play these glorious people, who brought such recognition to the country. But to be very honest, I don’t think I’m emotionally or spiritually equipped to handle such roles. Maybe later in my career, but right now, I don’t want to play real life characters”.

Nitesh’s next flick is an adaptation of young entrepreneur Varun Aggarwal’s self-inspired novel, How I Braved Anu Aunty Co-Founded a Million Dollar Company.
