Hirani celebrates Madhavan’s Success

Rajkumar Hirani and R Madhavan’s association goes back to 2009 when they worked together on 3 Idiots. And now, the director is so pleased with the success of the actor’s latest film, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, that he has decided to throw a party for him.

The party will be held in the coming days at Hirani’s home. “It is a private celebration, and only very close friends from the industry will be invited,” adds the source.

When contacted, Hirani confirmed the news, saying, “My actors are like family to me. Be it Sanjay (Dutt), Aamir (Khan) or Madhavan. I am very happy for Madhavan, and have planned a celebration for him.”
