Salman’s lawyer Shrikant Shivade laid stress on many factors that may sail Salman through.

Shrikant in his arguments made a few points that stated about not going with the statements of the eyewitness, since he is no more. His appeal also made the court issue a notice against a police officer and media house for allegedly manufacturing facts on the recreation of accidental picture. The Defence has urged the court to consider it an ‘act of God’ and not hold Khan responsible for this. Salman’s driver had last month appeared before the court to take responsibility of the fact that he was behind the wheel when the mishap happened. Let’s see what the court decides on May 6.
